The location is just adjacent the known Delta Building/Theater, near the corner of West and Quezon Avenues. The One Executive Office Building is tallest building in the area. To get there from EDSA, Quezon Avenue you can take Quipo-bound jeepney and disembark at Delta. If you're coming from Manila you can take Fairview or Philcoa bound jeepney and disembark at Timog. You just have to cross the Quezon Avenue towards Delta area.
